I couldn't care less what the players say. If their words meant anything we would have about 3 league titles and a couple of CL trophies over the past decade. They talk a good game but they need to do the talking on the pitch.

They are so boring as well, just repeating the same old garbage for years. At least Amorim goes off-piste a bit.

Ratcliffe's sole focus seems to be a new multi-purpose stadium... and he wanted the taxpayer to cover most of it.

I've not lost hope yet but to say they've been underwhelming is quite an understatement...

Does anyone think he’s been shielded a lot from it with the media due to him feeding kids? United fans moaned about him for ages not tracking back etc but nothing was ever really said (not that I can recall) about him not tracking back more than others it was more collectively.

Just makes it way more difficult to off load. That coupled with his wages who can he actually go to?

While that was all well and good, a cynic might say it was a very clever PR move to cover up a hugely overpaid, lazy player.

Andy Mitten spoke a couple of weeks ago and effectively said that every manager has had problems with Rashford, and it's well known... says it all.

Barca want him on loan but need to get rid of a player or two first. I think that's the only option.

I'm not sure it was done for dubious reasons honestly, I just don't think it was particularly hard and it probably was something he vaguely cares about. I'm sure he would tell you he cares deeply about it but he would also tell you he cares deeply about playing football for United so....

I'm sure he does care about it, I'd hope we all do, but the positive PR was definitely a bonus.

The club aren't blameless either, of course, but the lack of effort is just inexcusable and further compounded by his massive salary. He'd rather be sat courtside at the basketball, draped in diamond jewellery...

Our form this year is actually very good.

Ok, the performances are very hit and miss, but things have certainly stabilised a bit compared to December.

Whilst I wouldn't go as far as to wish serious injury on a player, I've no sympathy for him. He's got serious small man syndrome and on far too many occasions he's challenged in a way that's risked serious injury. Had it been a one off then maybe you'd give him the benefit of the doubt but he's just a nasty little ****.

This is the first thing I thought of too. I feel sorry for him but I've never seen a player attempt so many obvious dangerous tackles. Makes him very difficult to like.
