Just finished it yesterday night. level 50 full paragon soldier. what a game. will be starting a renegade infiltrator later today

Ive tried, they are all overheated, i cant fire a single shot, its apparently a spell saren puts on you.

Ive loved it, its only taken me about 9 hours to get to the end though, i plan on going back through it and visiting all the places i havent, doing the side quests on the way.
 
This happened to me, the only thing you can do is slowly beat his head in with your rifle butt.

Who said killing the big bad had to be glamorous :D.
 
I'm sure it's a bug in the game, the weapons don't cool down and just stay overheated. Saving and re-loading fixes it, just conserve shots so you don't overheat them all the time.
 
well switching weaps should remove the over heating. if it doesn't then it sounds like a bug tbh. have you tried patching the game to 1.1?

Yeh its patched up, apparently its a spell he puts on you, ive found on another forum im supposed to get one of my pals to shoot something at him to stop this, so ill give it another crack tonight.
 
i dunno if it helps but i put high explosive rounds in a shotgun which seemed to work quite well against saren. of course that makes for a lot of overheating but if you move around a lot it doesn't really matter
 
Hey All,

I'm on the planet Edolus, I have found the crashed probe but dont know how to open it, it says my electronics skill is too low... any help??

Go back to the ship and add a team member with the highest stat in electronics.

Hopefully there skill will be enough for you to open the probe.
 
What i did was, lvl up my own stats far enough to open everything, if i couldnt open it to begin with i would write the name of the planet and system and come back to it when they were high enough.
 
completed this during my summer holidays... absolutely great game :D

not that im any help to the question at hand since i barely remember it now. Just thought i'd let you guys know

I think thats what I'm going to have to do, I was up untill about 5am playing this :)
