The messy cable came thread

As above, not much you can do really as the case doesn't look to have much routing support.

Lots of cable ties and maybe some tubing cables like the following:

I checked OCUK's website and they don't appear to sell this sort of thing so it should be fine to link, but if I missed anything apologies in advance!

Buy new case that has room or spend many hours with cable ties.

Nah I like that case plus spent money on new fans , that fan hub plus 5.25" usb2/usb3 / usb c drive bay

When I get new GPU I'll remove all cables and see what I can doannoying the atx power is too short if it was longer I'd round it up and across

Airflow isn't too badly obstructed overall

Is that similar in principle to radiator lagging? A tube that's slice along the length then you put all the cables inside the lagging?

If you have access to a 3D printer (or a saw and some desk trunking I suppose) you could contain the cabling in a couple of channels round the edge of the case if you are just trying to get them under control and out of the way.

If you have a case window then printing something is probably the better looking solution...

I've bundled up the unused beige cables out of the way so looks a bit better.

Don't think it's possible to get it as neat as new cases

You're right - it's not possible.

The clean set-ups have two advantages. Firstly, the cases have space behind the motherboard tray & planned cable routes with cutouts. This helps to hide the cables that are used. The second advantage is that they're simply using fewer cables by using NVME drives over SATA, daisy-chained fans rather than fan hubs, integrated USB solutions rather than add-ons, etc.

You can probably fit some of the thinner cables behind the motherboard, if the cables are long enough. This is a fairly common trick in SFF builds. But beyond that, cable lagging is probably your best bet.

Case definitely not designed for tidy cables
In the past I have made holes through
From above the 5.25 bays
Then had the cable come straight out across
From whatever 5.25 bay was level with where the cable
Had to connect to
And just bundled the excess cables in the bays

A few suggestions here.
If the 4/8 pin ATX cable is long enough I'd route that by the edge of the motherboard behind the 24 pin power cable.
Couple of the rear fan cables could be tucked under the motherboard.
The fan hub - could that not be placed in one of the case bays?
Instead of wire ties, what about these instead?
