they set themselves up for failure putting that metallica cover in
the original is just too iconic, it was always going to overshadow the rest of the album

New album is mid at best, crazy for Mustaine to not use Mäntysaari and Verbeuren to the fullest. Sad way to end, especially doing a weak cover of Lightning but overshadowed by bitching that you 'wrote' it.
