Do you have to be a member for 90 days to get access to the members market?

If I had 250 posts could I gain access or would I have to wait until I've been a member for 90 days?

It's not an either/or option, you need to fulfil both requirements as in the FAQ.

You need both 90 days of membership and 250 posts. All the info you require is in the FAQs
