Not bad. They seem to be fairly well exposed although lacking in sharpness. The lack of sharpness is very evident in the bottom one, probably because it is a heavy crop I assume? Did you use a tripod?
 
i had the same problem when i tried this with my 300mm and using a heavy crop. However i dont think i got that level of detail!

It's 100x sharper than anything i've ever managed with the same lens :(
 
Did you use mirror lockup? Even with a tripod and remote shutter you can get sharper still by locking the mirror. I didnt believe it till I tried!

I think that a moon shot needs to be VERY under-exposed, the moon is a tiny, very bright thing against a massive dark background and lots of the pictures I took were extremely blurry until I put it at a shutter speed of about 1250 at 100 ISO
