How has XBox360 ripped off PS3? PS3 doesn't even have Home up and running fully yet. In fact, XBox360 will get it's new dash out before Home.
It's not even a 3D world like home, it's an improvement on its dash system (Microsofts own idea), adding on to the blades makingn DLC and such more accessible (again, MS's own idea) and updating the friends side of things (again, MS were the first console to offer this) by using themes and gamerpics, which are now outfits for characters etc.. (again, MS had this first).
So they are taking the minimalist, friendly approach of Nintendo (although graphically it's so far ahead of Mii's I wouldn't compare them) and taking the social side of Xbox Live even further.
