The Movember Thread

Good man. I'm currently at £92, and I'm pushing hard for that £100 mark. Gonna get some new pics up soon now that things are beginning to fill out. Needs a bit of a tidy as it has already started poking my face and getting in the corners of my mouth.
I know a lot of people think movember is a fad that people just like to get involved with (for some people it is, I get that). For me it's quite personal though. It was a long long time before I talked to anyone about my anxiety and depression issues, and even longer before I got help for them, at which point it was firmly embedded in who I was. I think if people get treatment or even information about these incredibly common mental health issues early on then they have a much better chance of dealing with them. Being a bloke means you just man up though, and you have to be at breaking point before you get help or else you end up topping yourself. If me growing a moustache and raising a bit of dough to help organisations that spread awareness and provide treatment helps just one person, then I think it's worth it. If you think it's a waste of time, either keep it to yourself or do it right yourself. Besides, I think I look pretty damn good with a moustache.
