the 'My T-Mobile' site

Hi All,

I have tried to sign up to the My T-Mobile site but i am not getting much in return. Whats supposed to happen once all the details have been pluged in? Does it send you a text, email or a letter in the post with your login details???

Had 2 letters sent to me for my account. One with username, one with password. Make sure you don't forget them either as it is a pain to retrieve them (you need to call customer services and they will not reveal the log-in details over the phone, they will have it sent out again).

Cheers guys. I phoned them up in the end. It doesnt say anything on the site which is a bit stupid.

I ve got a tmobile account that tells me how much credit is left on my flex t, but when i try and add account and match up the address details it says they are wrong and they will send a pin number ...............

im still waiting a week later

use one of the email forms to contact the email team.

Beginning to wish I hadn't swapped to t-mobile now, you tend not to hear anything positive about them at all. I've had my phone a week tomorrow and it still says "unregistered sim", I've got a call logged but so far no working phone. If it's not up and running by tomorrow they can come and collect it.

Also tried to setup the "My T-mobile" site and got an error message that "It has not been possible to process your request"??
 
Phoned them tonight, got the same story that I've heard the previous two times I rang, "it's affecting thousands of users, give it another couple of days". It's been a week today.

Not a chance, phone is going back, they can stuff their crappy network.
 
Why are you lot having so much trouble?

I signed up on T-mobile on Sunday, it was working that day.

I went on the website on Monday, picked a username and password and tapped in my mobile number and i can see all my bill etc...

I then got a paper bill on Wednesday.

Eh? It doesnt ask for a username and password. What site are you using?? Linky please. :confused:
 
I guess I was just unlucky Andy, doesn't change the poor service that I received though.

Received phone and SIM on Thursday 20th. Phoned at 22:15 that night to query unregistered SIM message, recorded message saying call back between 07:00-22:00.

Phoned at 07:30 on Friday 21st. Told it was a registration error, affecting thousands of new users, tech team were working on it, I would receive a call in the next 72 hours.

Phoned at 18:30 on Monday 24th. Had received my first bill that morning. Received apology for not being called back. Told it was a registration error, etc. Still being worked on by tech team, etc, I would receive a call in the next 72 hours.

Phoned at 18:30 on Thursday 27th. Apologetic again, told that it was still affecting thousands of new users (their words), I should wait another couple of days and it would be sorted. Requested returns package.

Never again.
 
I can sign in and see my allowance and sent texts but thats it, when i go to add account and go through the procedure when it matches your address to the accountit says mine is wrong! Then says about the pin so i have to wait for it..

Flipppin annoying
