the 'My T-Mobile' site

Right! Who works for t-mobile here?

I still have not received a letter through the post about signing on to the site. I have just gone through it again and still it doesnt tell me that something is gonna be sent through the post.

Looks like my-t-mobile is a pile of kack! :confused:

EDIT just checked what post I had and my PIN was there and the site works for me now

Received phone and SIM on Thursday 20th. Phoned at 22:15 that night to query unregistered SIM message, recorded message saying call back between 07:00-22:00.

Phoned at 07:30 on Friday 21st. Told it was a registration error, affecting thousands of new users, tech team were working on it, I would receive a call in the next 72 hours.

Phoned at 18:30 on Monday 24th. Had received my first bill that morning. Received apology for not being called back. Told it was a registration error, etc. Still being worked on by tech team, etc, I would receive a call in the next 72 hours.

Phoned at 18:30 on Thursday 27th. Apologetic again, told that it was still affecting thousands of new users (their words), I should wait another couple of days and it would be sorted. Requested returns package.

Never again.

Returns package received Wednesday 10th May!!!! I'm glad I managed to cancel, they are p'poor at customer service.
