Sorry about the thread derailing, however I didnt think that project 7xx WUs warranted their own thread, they're pretty bad :p .

OnTopic: The name change doesnt bother me at all.
 
If we can come up with a few good ideas we could have a poll and see which people like best.

I would be happy with the Team OcUK Distributed Computing name, as its better than the current mess, but it would be nice to mention folding in it.

Simple and accurate :cool:
 
It should just be called

"The forum for finding aliens and saving the world!" :p


I can see the point of changing the name but I don't think it should be skewed in the other direction (folding), a name that encompases all would be better. Joe42s idea sounds good although maybe in alphabetical order instead of the way it is now. :)
 
I'd prefer it without the distinction of particular projects. I was a dedicated seti geek pre boinc and am folding now but I have experimented with many other DC projects in my time.
