The screens have been unbreakable for a while, this is nothing new.
When phones are dropped it's the digitiser and / or glass on top the cracks.

This. The majority of breaks on phones/tablets etc. are the digitiser. A screen is a lot more expensive. Like twice as much as the digitiser IIRC.

Indeed. But they should be trained. I have been personally taught to use two fingers but the baby should have been taken out of the car and laid on the ground because you need a firm surface.

From where I'm sitting there is no excuse to not do the full CPR if you're carrying a mouth guard.
