If I jack a plane up and spin its wheels up really fast then kick it off the jack, will it take off. Maybe but its really stupidly unlikely. Could just argue a plane will take off at zero ground speed, in a storm they have to strap them down to stop that so I guess anything is possible; british invention - steam powered catapults, have been proven to work many many times so anything else is silly
