Just moved my Media Centre/server into a new case, A CM Elite 430 Black.

Made a couple of mods from the original.

Removed the Blue LED fan from the front and ditched it, Replaced it with an Alpenhorn 140mm PWM fan

Fitted a non LED 120mm CM fan into the rear of the case (came with my CM690)

Replaced the ultra bright Blue Power and HDD LEDs for dim green and amber LEDs from an old case I scrapped years ago.

Decided to spend a bit of time on my machine after a neglected 6months or so I dusted it out and did 1 small quick thinking mod - Please ignore the cheapy graphics its a stop in until I get my 6990





Do you own an SSD? Do you own a Lian Li PC60 or 7 ATX case and need to mount your SSD? well now you can with one motherboard standoff and a compatible screw I need to put one in the otherside but this will do for now just keeps it in place.

It is what happens when motherboard manufacturers get "ideas". Frankly I'd like to see a few boards with the 8 Pin EPS and 24 Pin ATX power connectors next to each other! Would make cable management a lot easier!

Here is my effort, after swapping out the M/B on replacement scheme.

Shame i forgot about the colour on the ram sinks anyone know if they can be swapped out or sprayed ?
