Due to the joys of inquisitive kids, I decided to ditch my Zalman GS1000 monster and go for something a little more unobtrusive. I had already experimented with lockable cupboards and even a DIY breakout box containing the power switch which sat on a shelf above my desk. However I got tired of still having to unlock for the DVD drives etc.
So, I needed a case to fit full ATX yet was small and light enough to sit safely on a shelf above my desk. Easy choice, it was the Lian-Li A05-NB by a long way. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the back-to-front design however it does seem to work rather well, and ambient temps are lower than the GS1000, despite now having less airflow. (The old case housed a Scythe Mugen).

Bought the H60 too for space reasons. The Mugen would have, oddly enough, fitted quite snugly but I just felt like this case might be cramped enough.
It's an old PC now but it still serves me very well. Core2Quad Q6600 G0 at 3.6GHz, 8GB OCZ Platinum RAM, 60GB Vertex 2 boot drive, 2 x Samsung F3 1TB in Raid 0 (backed up externally), ATI HD5770, SB X-Fi XtremeMusic.
Awful cable management, tried several times to improve it
