The PowerPak is quite slim.
The PowerGrip is big and chunky.
I'm personally quite tempted by the Grip version, as I too find the 3DS a bit small for my hands.

I might go for the shox thingy as my hands are massive and find the 3ds shoulder buttons uncomfortable to use for more than 30 minutes or so. Makes me laugh tho the guy in the vid said $39.99 for the shox and gues what the uk price is already £59.99
Yeah, I'm considering the Shox as well, just for the bigger L and R buttons, I'm sure the original 'Grip' pictures had the beefier L and R as well, as that was what initially made me want one. 
EDIT - Yeah here look at the concept pic:
Can see it has the raised L and R buttons like the Shox.
I wouldn't pay £60 for it though, let it come to some of the more regular gaming sites and it'll be a fair bit cheaper!

Boo, just went there and Out of Stock, seems HUKD people have bought mutlitple copies :|.
They still have splinter cell (I think)

Figured I would post my pics of my 3DS with my Zelda themed gelaskin here aswell.
I'm really impressed with the gelaskin for the 3DS it was a bit fiddly to get on but worth the hassle imo.
