Surely Fire Emblem is a must buy! Although as Kreeeee said, you're probably better to buy a title you're less sure about as that way you can sell it one whereas the download title will be yours forever!

Logical but I sell games once I'm done generally anyway. Like I wouldn't ever want to play Paper Mario again. Either way, we're all winners.

It's an excellent game, just like the prequel! It's set quite some time later once the protagonists of the first game have grown up, and you play as their children. As much as I loved the original on GBA back in the day, this one feels like quite an improvement in terms of gameplay and I'm sure you'll enjoy it if you liked the first.

In addition to the other recommendations, Radiant Historia, The World Ends With You, Zero Escape: 9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors, Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks + Phantom Hourglass, Etrian Odyssey, the Dragon Quest games, the Shin Megami Tensei games, Final Fantasy III + IV (the remakes), Disgaea, and the Harvest Moon games. That's what I can think of off the top of my head at least.

If you've never played it, super mario 64 DS is fantastic. Mario kart is amazing as well, a real landmark for the series.
