I've decided that I've been drinking too much recently - worryingly too much (starting to get to being almost one bottle/shot of whiskey an evening from my normal amount). As I know I have an addictive personality I've decided April will be a no alcohol month..
I'm also cutting back on caffeine too - was doing rather well with zero today.. but had to have a cup of tea due to the damn water leak and having to wait for the plumber..
