Really love the Portwood whiskies, from the smell to the taste, everything about it was lovely.

And just had a cappucino.

I'm trying to set something up that you, and the other brewers, will hopefully like. Having to run it past the Dons first, but if they approve then I think it'll be a good addition to this section of the forum, and the brewers among us.

Super secret now though! :o
 
Innis & Gunn - Rum cask version. I prefer the normal but I'm out of that and it was either that or no beer. There wasn't really a choice :)
 
Pilsner urquell again, few bottles to start my 5 days off work, something a little different on Friday though once i get my backside out of the house and hunt it down.
 
I've been racking my home brew off the yeast so I've been having a little sample as I go :D

Two half-glasses of the two blackberry wines while I was bottling them, which were delicious. Then three splashes of the three ciders *amazing* and a glass of the experimental rosé wine which is ok. Needs to sit for a bit to completely clear I think, then it'll be great.

I'm actually feeling quite smashed. I think this stuff is stronger than I calculated :D
 
you seem to be a little bit of a connoisseur of the pallet jonny, would certainly not find my self left wanting on either the food or drink front if i was to sit down for a meal at your table, your family must really enjoy your efforts.

Yea, a trading post for ingredients and bottles. However, we're not allowed to do it because it's booze and also if we started it then all the other forums would want one apparently (though who would trade mice I'm not so sure!).
I'm interested in it still so maybe we could set something up off board if you and others are interested? Just do it in a Googledoc file and update what you have. I'll send out some emails to the known brewers shortly to see interest. I assume that the Dons wouldn't have any problems with that!

I'm drinking Carlsberg (only cheap thing in the Spar).
