About to crack open a bottle of Hardys Nottage Hill Cabernet - Shiraz, staying in tonight to keep an eye on Steve (my cat) as the poor old fella ain't too well at the mo.

A Kumala white which is surprisingly smooth given it was only about £5.50. Slightly off-dry which is a nice change.

You know you've been drinking home-brew too much when you carefully tip the bottle so as not to get too much sediment in the glass

It always remind me of a summer drink, i'm guessing mulled cider is warmed up?

Warmed with various spices. It's a Heston Blumenthal one they sell in Waitrose, very nice.
