The **Now Drinking** Thread

2nd coffee of the day, Also may have to check out that red wine next time I'm near aldi, doing my Download booze shop soon.

I found boxes of wine to be great for festivals. Take them out the box, and you're left with a foil bag full of wine. Not only is it easy to transport, but once you've finished it - it doubles up as an awesome pillow.

Don't do what I did one year though, and forget you had a box of white wine. I drank it as we packed up, but by God it was bad.

Brewdog Trashey Blonde.

Has anyone drank Old Tom? Bought a bottle today, but upon entering my flat it dropped on the floor and smashed. It smelt really nice!

Had it but a long time ago and my memory isn't great but I seem to remember it was a decent beer.

Curently drinking Hendricks gin with Fever Tree tonic - excellent combination - I may have to have another :p

ASDA Pilsner. It's bloody good for the price! It's not a rebranding of a major brand, I'm sure of that much. However, it's perfectly drinkable beer (when chilled).

Obviously, it's not up there with my usual tipples but I'm on a tight budget atm so can only afford a bottle or two of nice beer and have to supplement with the cheap stuff.

..and not to shabby at all :D Truth be told I think I prefer the Original as there just isnt enough rum flavour, albeit there is a lovely afterglow warming in the pit of your tummy :D
