Kanifee likes that a lot.
First bottle I ever had I chilled. Apparently a huge mistake on my part and a school boy error of a green ale drinker. Chilling it killed any hop profile it had and just intensified the bitter hops disproportionately, I really did not enjoy it and was mistified why it got so much praise.
I got my self a bottle today (the one In the picture) to christen my first. All grain brew and at room temp it was phenomenal, complex hop character with light peach and tangerine notes I just didn't get last time. Needless to say. 3 more bottles were purchased and I now want a home brew recipe for a clone though I doubt it would do it justice..... Phenomenal ale, really really well crafted pale ale.
