So, back from holiday in Whitby and surrounding area. On the drive home we stopped at Samuel Smiths, who pretty much told us "nothing to see here, move along". So we went to the deli next door that they sent us to who sold a nice range of their beers and merchandise...

Very smooth, very chocolaty, and pretty sweet. Would go amazingly with something like a black cherry pie. Very nice indeed.

On to Centennial Pale Ale from The Kernel Brewery London. lovely stuff. Visited their place at easter

I had Miss the Lights recently and was slightly disappointed. But Hit the Lights definitely erm hits the mark.

Had a bottle of Henry Westons vintage cider, then had a bottle of prosecco and am now quaffing a bottle of Aspalls Organic cider.
