It was. Pretty simple recipe. 90ml of orange juice and 30ml of triple sec or Cointreau shaken with ice, then poured into glass with ice, then carefully layer 45ml of cherry vodka on top.

Spaten Munchner Helles (Lidl, 4 cans for £6, also had bottles), nice flavour and crisp.

Muddled some fresh strawberries and made a strawberry daiquiri

After a big dinner of homemade lasagne, a nice dessert cocktail goes down a treat. Peppermint martini! Delicious!
