homemade ginger wine. Managed to snag a bottle of the yu lade concentrate off a relative. Brought the bottles out of the cupboard this morning. Think 2 weeks was long enough to let it mature

Oh it was! developed quite a taste for porters these days Haven't heard of 'Trappist' beer before, but i gotta feeling i will find out soon enough. I have some of those Brooklyns too! Got a mixed us case in from mybrewerytap so there's always new flavours to try
