The **Now Drinking** Thread

Highlander Ale, made by Fyne Ales, very citrusy but still a good robust ale. Would drink again.
First time I've heard of the brewery (was in the Loch Fyne fish shop today and they had it for sale, turns out the brewery was next door in an old milkery).

Had a Galleon Gold, made by the Isle of Mull Brewing Company, on Saturday night (was in Mull). Not great. I'm not the World's biggest pale ale fan but that one was just lacking in even the basics. The price didn't help either.

But, I get great pleasure in drinking beers made from small producers who are doing things differently. Certainly more of pleasure in drinking a OK beer from one of them than a pint of ice cold Fosters!

Fosters :)

Oh and sent ya details Alex :D

Hah, funny you were speaking about drinking Fosters and I was saying how I don't want to be! Just got the e-mail, haven't been near a computer/phone since Friday hence any lack of contact. Cheers, I'll get in contact with him the now and get it sorted and send you an e-mail.

Cans of ice cold carlsberg, not too bad. My local off licence was out of my usual favourite tipple, ice cold tins of draught guinness.
