My lady and fine are soon heading over a friends for a dinner party tonight. We have -

1 bottle of Finlandia Grapefruit Fusion.
3 bottles of slimline tonic.
2 bottles of Sauvignon.
1 bottle of champagne.
4 cans of Scrumpy Jack.

Things are going to get messy methinks.

Last night .. Bollinger 1997 RD

For new years I managed to source a bottle of Bollinger RD 1997

RD is only made on good years. 1996, 1997.. one since then which Bollinger recalled the entire vintage distribution. Leaving 1997 as rare as rocking horse dodo.

14 Years old, it's taste had changed slightly from the numerous bottles of 96&97 I've had in the past. Fruity and ultra dry (dryer than previous bottles) - enjoyed with friends and fiancee

Now.. I'm just relaxing this morning with a cup of columbian coffee
