The **Now Drinking** Thread

Now that ^ is good stuff... But it annoys me how its called Toffee Apple Cider, when it is actually perry with toffee flavourings...

I usually drink Manhattans, Old Fashioneds or Martinis at home, but I'm trying desperately to like Negronis.

Made with 1:1:1 with 2 maraschino cherries and an orange slice as a garnish seems to work. The Campari is nicely calmed by the Martini Rosso. Needs a better gin, but certainly going onto my cocktail roster (it's a Negroni for those unfamiliar).

This beer advent calendar is frigging awesome. Everything from French, German, Tahiti, Belgian, ... blondes, abbey, weiss, doppel, etc.

A little behind.. but tonight's is "Poperings Hommel Bier" which still has yeast sediment and at 7.5% 33cl.. is rather nice :D Last night was "Paulaner Doppel" which was about 8-9% IIRC.

Will be doing this genius idea again next xmas.
