Take 2 of the Watermelon Cosmopolitan. The recipe called for citron vodka and I thought I was out, but it turned out I had just barely enough left in the bottle to make one drink. Tastes way better with the lemon vodka :)

Probably smaller than you'd expect :P

Experimenting with cocktail recipes sure does add up a long list of ingredients though. Vodka, Gin, silver and reposado tequila, Irish whiskey, light, dark, spiced and coconut rum, Disaronno, Baileys, Kahlua, melon liqueur, watermelon liqueur, banana liqueur vanilla liqueur, Passoã, blue curacao, Cointreau, Creme de menthe, Creme de cacao, Creme De Mure, peach schappes, sour apple schappes, Frangelico, Hynotiq and Licor 43.

And on Sunday I have Campari, elderflower liqueur and Advocaat coming to add to the collection.

Dead Man's Fingers 'golden spiced' rum currently, bought becuase it was cheap but should have stuck with captain morgan's.

Had a couple of bottles of Bumbu recently as it was on offer, very nice, smell reminds me of toffee apples!
Been recommended 'Dark Matter' rum by a friend which is currently on offer, so will probably pick up a bottle of that next week.

... all with either fruity sugar free varieties of monster (cos I'm a heathen) or pepsi max/lidl knock off

A Milanese G&T. This one... was a no for me. Its so bitter! Never tried Campari before, wasn't really sure what to expect. I've seen a variation of the recipe that used lemonade instead of soda water, which might help.
