One of Mexico's most beloved cocktails, the Paloma :)
 
Is there a Dutch oven cocktail?

Yep, though I don't think I'll be making it.

  • Genever: 2 oz
  • Sugar: 2 sugar cubes
  • Bitters: 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters and 1 dash orange bitters
  • Absinthe: 6 drops (or a small dash) St. George Absinthe
  • Soda water: 1 capful or a small splash of club soda
  • Garnish: A 2-inch grapefruit twist
