A lovely cold Leffe Blonde.
Yep, though I don't think I'll be making it.
- Genever: 2 oz
- Sugar: 2 sugar cubes
- Bitters: 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters and 1 dash orange bitters
- Absinthe: 6 drops (or a small dash) St. George Absinthe
- Soda water: 1 capful or a small splash of club soda
- Garnish: A 2-inch grapefruit twist
