Cut in to chips first very large ones, then boil i just kept testing them with a fork, but not to soft or they will fall apart.
High heat on gas hob yes.

They also do nitrate free bacon cure with sea salt and molasses and milk straight from the cow.

These animals have a five star life, which is good to see, you are welcome to just wander around the farm.

My neighbour made an oreo cake for her son's birthday and gave me a big slice which I've just demolished. Really really good. Chocolate sponge, vanilla sponge, oreo pieces, cream, blackcurrant jam and a ganache.
