These were taken yesterday, just didn't get around to uploading till now.
My first visit to Scran in 6 months. I had to try their new Gourmet Bun, a brioche bun filled with confit duck leg, Stornoway black pudding, folded egg, sweet tomato chutney, American mustard, kewpie mayo and micro red cabbage. Along with a portion of their amazing burger fries. Was so good
Even after a couple of cocktails at a bar I still didn't have much of an appetite back, but I wanted to have something. So I went to Cafe Antipasti for lunch. Went with the gnocchi dumplings to start, followed by lobster ravioli. Very tasty

Dayum! Looking at C-Dawgs pictures makes me salivate like a wild hog + it doesn't help that i'm Hank Marvin right now too.

I think I might retire my burger for a bit and try to make something else, I think I got the burger pretty nailed down now.

Staff meal I did today was a scotch egg with lemon/parsley mayo, spicy quick pickled red onion and mixed salad.

I want to make Tempura but it is so much more time consuming compared to a burger plus also burgers are much cheaper. I can essentially make £3.50 of burgers ingredients last 4 meals!
