Busy day of DIY, visiting almost 100 year old nan, posting Ebay sales, making a batch curry and OH made a sweet and Sour, so made a quick easy, all in the air fryer meal, well not the beans

Had a lovely lamb roast tonight.

A heads up, the lamb is a leg and is half price at Sainsburys until the 13 Dec. A leg that fed 5 cost us just £12. Its a huge bargain, but if you want one, id get there early as they are selling like hot cakes.

A combined KFC and pub is a great idea but bad timing with the cost of living.

That’s what lambs like these days. In Sainsburys usual price for a big leg is about £36. It’s got much more expensive than beef.

£12 is peanuts for an average sized leg.

Good job theres only me eats it, dad might chew some for a bit but has trouble swallowing. We need a dog really.

Am going to try and save 1 for xmas dinner , they do look nice and lean though. Am hungry now lol.

If your lamb cost £12 then it’s the same size as ours, so I haven’t got a clue how you think there’s only enough for one or two people when it fed 5 of us and a little bit for the dog.

Maybe you need to learn to carve it better. Put a pic up if you can please with the weight.

Says on packs serves 3 to 4 people just under a kg each. Am still on the bus.
