Usually supermarket ones are all hard boiled, but this was from a deli, so meant to be "homemade".

Ive had some from a deli that were hard boiled but tbh id rather it semi runny

Couldn't be arsed tonight, so marinated some chicken in tandoori spices and skewered some onion and peppers and lobbed in the Foodi grill thing, along with some microwave rice..
