God only knows why, but decided to knock up a couple of mini burgers (or as Muricans call them, Sliders?) and tiny buns/baps along with air fried teeny chipped spuds and carrots and served in a cereal bowl..
All made from scratch and was tasty.

Looks fine to meyou forgot to shake the egg before cracking it however. That would ensure the yoke is centred. Tut Tut

I heard this recently on Saturday kitchen live and got around to trying it tonight. If you shake an egg vigorously before cooking it, the yolk will be perfectly central when cooked - works for boiled or fried eggs. In the picture below, the left hand egg was shaken vigorously for ~10 seconds...

Apart from wanting to eat that right now! My reply was to add that I sometimes add food like this to bowls as it makes it easier to smash that food, without it going everywhere

Tbh, I'm never a minute away from going to my local equestrian store and buying a nosebag, filling it with mac'n'cheese and strapping it to my fat head for convenience
