The **Now Eating** Thread

It was too long a wait for Yo Sushi to open and made the mistake of going into Five Guys and again we said the same as you.

Food was OK, price was not.
Five Guys used to be good, but the same fate as any other franchised chain nowadays. But just way more expensive.

These are good: https://www.pattyandbun.co.uk/

Had a Morrisons pizza tonight. Was very nice as I’ve been struggling with my appetite lately due to severely bruised ribs, but I seem to be on the mend now. Not getting stabbed every time I take a breath lol
Wtf my ribs are bruised at the moment too, I can't lay on my left side in bed, driving me bonkers now.

We were lacking in options yesterday at MacArthur in Ashford. If I had had more time I would have driven into Canterbury for some decent indi burger places, and yes, they have dropped in quality over the years for sure.

Staying in Canary Wharf soon, so might check out Patty and bun.

Lunch today at Six by Nico, for the last day of the current theme, Neverland. Was really good. I swapped the 3rd course for the veggie option, preferred the sound of pecorino porridge over shellfish risotto. Got a table already booked for the next theme, Tokyo. Their opening a 3rd location in Glasgow at Byres Road, so I'll be trying that one out to see how they compare :)

Been a while since my last visit to Glasgow, so I thought id indulge myself a little more with a trip to Deeserts. Wanted to try something new, so went for their Ferrero Frenzy sundae. Absolutely gorgeous! Ferrero Rocher and vanilla ice cream, layered with nutella, topped with chopped nuts, Ferrero Rocher, cream and chocolate sauce. And finished off with some wafers on top :D

Do you go for chilli sauce on the shish, or just the sriracha? Looks a good kebab, annoying thing with my regular is if I get an extra large they never fill the pitta with everything so I have to assemble it myself, where if I get a regular it comes pre assembled, god knows why.
I sometimes get chilli sauce from the kebab but most I usually just put a big blob of sriracha on the side and dip everything in :)
