I don't really do much baking, these are raspberry brownies and oh my good lord they're good! Touch on the moist side which I'll fix next time but so chocolatey and rich, you can really taste the raspberry too.

Busy day so far, first chance to eat properly so a quick pit stop at KFC.

Had a few nips with the gents after golf so the lady friend picked me up. We went to a cute little farm shop bakery/cafe after were I picked up these beauties.

First is a 'Sweet Scotch Egg'. Biscoff spread, Biscoff cookie dough and what I assume is tempered caramac style chocolate as a shell. Pretty decent but a little too sweet for me.

Second was the dream. Not quite sure what it is but they market it as 'The Millionare Monster'. What you're looking at from the bottom up is a thin biscuit base, caramel cookie dough, gooey brownie, what I think is some kind of carnation fudge/caramel and a chocolate topping with biscoff dusting.
Suprisingly this wasnt too sweet at all and was incredible. One of the best sweet treats I've had in ages.

Just made crispy fried beef (which had been marinating for 24 hours with stir fry and noodles in a sauce based off the marinade. Forgot to get a picture but it was lovely!

Home made crab, ginger and soy ravioli with sage brown butter.
First time I’ve used tinned crab, and it’s not bad! Also first time I’ve used my pasta roller/stamp I got at Christmas. Tasted very good but need to work on my ravioli.
Filling was, 1/3 can of tinned crab, blended with egg yolk, soy, garlic, ginger and chilli then stirred in the rest of the crab.
