yeah I thought the butter in a bucket was a crime tbh, but thinking about it... it usually comes in little packs that result in butter all over my fingers, so perhaps it's a lesser evil.

usually the bucket crime is when you have to take it out of the bucket and put it on the plate, so they may as well have just done that for you. but the butter thing can be set aside until needed, it's never going on the plate.

They had chorizo bits in and were a tad spicy - delish but yes a double portion would have been good, but may have imposed an excessive lateral force on the shroom / toast barrier !

The butter in the bucket was, in hindsight, quite genius as it was warmed and easily spreadable and agree no faffy foil finger greasing required !
