Great plans, spoilt by me doing a deep clean and half the oven & stove in the dishwasher, so air fried Katsu and chips

Was my birthday yesterday. I had originally booked to go the Six By Nico for their latest A World of Imagination theme. But then I found out they had changed the menu for that day to a re-run of the very first Chippie menu. Well I wasn't interesting in having that menu again, so I cancelled the reservation. I could have booked up to the Byres Road location for the new theme, but the enthusiasm for it had been put off.
So I stayed home and got some Dominos instead. Two large pizzas, one half Pepperoni Passion, half Chicken feast with the mushrooms swapped for extra chicken. The other half Meateor with the BBQ sauce swapped for tomato and the pepperoni swapped for extra meatballs and half Texas BBQ with the onions swapped for extra bacon. And 14 chicken kickers. Ended up with loads of pizza leftover, which I stuck in the fridge and had for breakfast, lunch and dinner today

Absolutely love a cold Dominos the following day.
Often used to do this when too lazy to collect, years ago they did a 3x 2 Topping Pizza Deal for £19.99 delivered.
I was weak and had it quite often.
