I’m sure you enjoyed that but I’ve never understood the love for shellfish. I find the taste appalling. The only bit of shellfish I’ve ever eaten and managed not to gag on is cockles with lots of vinegar.

But mussels, whelks, prawns, clams, oysters, scallops etc, no way. Give me a steak over them anyway. I do like calamari but I don’t think that is shellfish.

Much of the UK shellfish is very tasty, not as good as fresh in Brittany, but still one we should enjoy more.

Black pepper.

Yeah I may have overdone the meat... On purpose. Cold BBQ food for lunch all week.

Jealous of all the BBQ’s aromas coming over our garden this evening, extremely jealous to say the least.

Managed to break my finger so manning a BBQ is not on the cards for a while

Instead….

Triple Cheese Fries (Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Mozzarella) with a small amount of chilli flakes, garlic powder, onion granules added.

Beyond Meat Vegan Burgers with Monterey Jack Cheese Melts with a generous amount of Sriacha Chilli Sauce.

Forgot to take photos of it all together but look at these cheesy fries (More like wedges) unreal
