Right you absolute cave dwellers, this is how middle class vegan(? fact check required) works - this is cajun spiced pulled jackfruit over carrot + potato fries, with some weird ass milked cashew juice mixed with whatever the hell "nutritional yeast" is.

(Basically I bought a Samsung oven and it came with a mindful chef voucher; who I really rate, but have since started charging like £60 for 3 meals). It is really good quality though...I'd deffo keep subscribed if it wasn't such a cost.

And the verdict is ? :D

It was mega actually - really really tasty. Like I said, I've never had a bad meal with mindful chef. I really, really enjoy their meals. The problem is I kept rinsing them on new customer offers using various of my name/address and they black listed me

I definitely recommend this recipe if you want to give jack fruit a go.

Ha ha same with us and Gousto - inviting myself with another email address to try them at a heavily discounted cost :D no way id be paying the full price.

Also built up a nice collection of recipes :D

Light work. I always bring a lot of fruit to work. I either snack on fruit or mixed nuts
That's 30-40 oranges a week! Sainsbury's do nice juicy big ones (ooo eer), might be a better option? I suppose there's not much difference between one big one and two small ones. I still think that's a lot of oranges to have. But then maybe you need 'em!

They're satsumas! So significantly smaller than an orange haha. I also don't eat that many every day :p Today my fruit snacks are a kiwi, banana and a small punnet of green grapes
