Alright if you look at my previous photo you can see the sausages nicely browned...its just how they have been turfed onto the plate. As for the gravy yep its there but a little lighter than normal as I used the chicken stock from the roast chicken bones at the weekend.

I'm guessing that it is easier for the customer to add/remove the peas/beans/hash, or swap with someone's other.
