I've got an absolute glut of tomatoes, onions & basil in the garden, so roasted them off with garlic, blitzed and added smoked bacon, anchovies, peppers, carrots and lambs liver for a meat sauce..

Tonight is some Tortilla Chips, Fresh Tomato Salsa (Organic may I add) with a light dusting of Cheddar Cheese.

(Only bending the truth a little bit for Rob - Shhhh!)

It’s actually Old El Paso - Nacho Kit, 2 Packets of Bean Salsa with about 200 Grams of Cheese Layered and Sprinkled!

I have just picked up 8 Cornetto’s and as not much room in the freezer I’ll inhale a couple afterwards

It's just a local takeaway, used them for quite a while and have never been disappointed. They also do amazing curries and tandoori chicken. Very reasonably priced too which is always a bonus .
