Tomato and mascarpone is the best pasta sauce imo. I love the way the mascarpone takes the edge of the the sharpness of the tomato. Surprisingly, one of favourite supermarket sauces is made by Heinz

I think Heinz Pasta Sauce Range is really good, usually pick them up on offer in Asda.

Shame I was missing Parmesan but the sauce was rich enough, enjoyed it a very quick and easy to make.

It's a great bit of kit!
The "steam air fry" function is awesome for chops, steaks, chicken breasts etc, and really keeps the meat moist.
I've not tried rice in it yet, but looking at that I will!

I left it for the OH to try first today and apart from using a sugar based sauce on the chicken before adding, it didn't turn out that bad and the rice and veg was impressive (washed rice and frozen veg)

Looking forward to trying more tbh and feel it will work well alongside the Ninja Foodi Max.
