OH's birthday, so visitors all day, travel out to buy bulk lot of fish, visit parents housesitting the Sisters, manage to only eat a Danish and a cream bun, visit pub and micro pub and the idea of cooking the cod bites on a herb crust becomes a Brioche double & triplewich with onion.

Saturday night is normally pizza night but had none in the freezer and didn't fancy ordering so had to get creative.

Surprisingly tasty, thin flat breads with pek, tomato, cheese and chorizo.

Another suggestion is Asda as they stock Riya’s Naan’s (Plain, Garlic and Coriander or Spicy)

Aldi sometimes have them in the special buy bit too.
They are humongous and taste lovely, great texture also.
