@aVdub - excellent looking chilli! May I humbly suggest either swapping the baked beans or the haricot beans for black eye beans? Don’t see why you’d have both given they’re the same bean underneath the sauce!

Usually do add black eye, but none in stock at the supermarket and had the tin already so was just using all up that I had.
 
I have never actually tried quorn but this looks nice.

Does it taste as good as using minced beef however? Maybe need a stock cube or summit to add flavour?
It is edible, but tastes massively different. If you choose to eat corn it needs to be for ideological reasons!
I have in the past made bolognese with half quorn half meat, which tastes much nicer. Obviously not suitable for vegetarians though!
