“Cheeky” Nando’s..

Hot Chicken Wrap, Lettuce, Chilli Jam with Creamy Mash and Piri Salted Chips,

It’s been a while, couple of years maybe so really enjoyed it.

Nandos is massively overrated, I can't say I've ever had a decent meal there, perhaps once?

Tough crowd :p

It used to be better, agreed. I had a College mate who worked there and would always put our orders through with 20% Off.

But I was starving and it was bloody lovely!

I've been there twice that I can recall, their sides are not bad at all but the chicken is always massively overcooked (or at least has been both times I've had it). As far as chains go it's not awful.

About 800-1000g? £72-90 quids worth, not bad if you're sharing.

Looks great.
Bang on, £90 for 1KG between two of us.

Never paid more than £20 for a steak previously but I've either had poor cuts of meat or they've been cooked wrong, always been far too chewy which put me off steak until last year. This melted in the mouth.

I posted in here a while back about tomahawk my butcher gave me via work, 1.35KG. Absolute monster and definitely worth paying a bit more. I'd rather have good steak rarely than rubbish all the time.

its a nice bit of meat but most of the best tasting meats are actually cheap cuts. tomahawks and so on just get trending then everyones like buying them. what you should ask you butcher. what is the best cheap cut of meat if hes decent you will be in for a treat.

Don't get much cheaper than free.

Edit: also my point was regardless of cut. A good quality Denver, skirt or flatiron will still be more expensive and better than a rubbish quality one.

you just want a cheap fatty cut a lot of the time. problem is social media has everyone out buying fancy cuts. the best cuts tastiest cuts are cheap ones.
