Trying to guess the sauce. Marie Rose? Hummus?

Spaghetti and Meatballs tonight, using up the saussages.
Tripple Chilli Pork Saussages (Turned into Meatballs) Habanero, Chipottle and Jalapeño Chillies with a Calibrian Chilli Pepper Tomato Sauce with added Herbs and Garlic (Lazy and used Paste) and a generous splash of Tobasco.
Absolutely gutted I forgot Italian Cheese, but regardless I’m in for a treat as they have been simmering away for quite a while, not the prettiest but the sauce is so rich.

Decent enough, there’s one in the Sainsburys in Selly Oak. Many many better chicken options available if you’re going out of your way.
