Yes. A rich lamb flavour. It's meaty in texture not like liver or kidney but has a slight offal taste to it.

They're usually on clear at Tesco. They look a bit grim and have fatty bits and lots of arteries but they're good grub.
Ah nice, I’m one who enjoys liver and kidney so will give that a try!
I always enjoy seeing a lovely colourful plate of food and then have to guess what it is. It always has an element of frisson to it...like waking up in the morning seeing my gorgeous wife and wondering just what kind of mood she is in and if I am in trouble for something real or imagined

@{SAS}TB I am really confused...I don't remember seeing a bottle of mayonnaise slathered onto a brutalised pita which has been manhandled around some ham and cheese. Did I miss a day somewhere?
